New Year’s Reflection
We wish everyone a Happy New Year.
In recent years, the aggravating shortage of workers in every industry in Japan has been forcing more and more companies to remodel their ways of customer service or even change their business models to deal with the situation.
At the same time, due to the government’s promotion of work style reform, people’s attitudes toward the ways of working have been drastically changing.
In this era of paradigm change in the labor market, we as the OUTSOURCING Group have always been earnest in considering how our corporate strategies should be in order to contribute to our clients and society. We no longer live in times when a company was able to increase its corporate value and assert its identity simply by winning a client contract for additional staffing, hiring so-and-so many staff for the contract and so on.
With strict laws and regulations on the acceptance of immigrants in Japan, there are many conflicting challenges such as the mobilization of global workers and the stabilization of such workers’ employment and livelihoods, as well as the question of how the performance of people who come from different countries to work for certain periods of time should be enhanced in the first place. Most leading countries in the world are facing similar challenges.
Our mission is to resolve these conflicting issues and respond to emerging global needs. We believe that the fulfillment of this mission is what makes us meaningful to society as an outsourcing company.
While the development of a worldwide corporate structure is not an easy task, we are confident that an innovative strategy taking maximum risks will lead to an unprecedented growth of the OUTSOURCING Group to become on par with the global leaders in the near future.
We look forward to your continued support in 2018.
Sincerely,
Haruhiko Doi
