Times have become very difficult. However, the era of the COVID-19 pandemic has made it much more evident that we cannot grow merely with preconceptions, and I feel that our future growth driver has become clearer. |
“Earnestly creating a society in which no one is left behind.” In order to contribute to this social responsibility as much as possible, this year, we are planning various events for foreign technical intern trainees and immigrants. We will also make every effort to raise the level of treatment of people working in the industry. |
"Eagerly eliminating any burden on clients when using human resource services companies." Currently, customer product manufacturers are also facing issues of making work in management departments and back office more efficient and available remotely. We believe it is our responsibility to resolve such issues. In 2020, we started to develop a proposal on systemizing dispatch management on the client side (CSM). This year, through a collaboration with a technology company from the OUTSOURCING Group, we are preparing the second and third proposals from a much different perspective from CSM to ensure that the client’s stress that comes from using human resource services is completely eliminated. We will do our utmost to make such scheme the industry's standard. |
We are highly aware that in order to accommodate to the changing values of people and society, we must change our business focus and priorities drastically. |
We are convinced that our corporate activities with a strong awareness of social responsibility and significance will lead to an increased market share and sustainable growth. |
