I would like to express my New Year’s greetings.

In 2024, people's actual interactions finally returned, and overseas travel also grew by more than 50% over the previous year. This was a year in which people's activities have become more active. The Olympic and Paralympic Games were held in Paris, and the athletes’ amazing performances fascinated us. On the other hand, it was also a year in which conflicts in various parts of the world, earthquakes and other disasters, and uncertainty in the global situation led to a serious shortage of human resources in many industries, particularly in infrastructure and other sectors. Especially in the IT and manufacturing sectors, the demand for specialized engineers has increased, and securing human resources has become a key issue in the management of many companies.

It was a year of great change for OUTSOURCING group as well. We are taking a new step toward building a strong organization that can continue to grow by renewing our management structure and strengthening governance and management.

In 2025, with the Osaka-Kansai Expo scheduled to take place, this will be an important year for global economic stability and growth, as well as for peace and cooperation in the international community. As a company with more than 200 group companies domestic and overseas, OUTSOURCING will further expand our overseas network from Asia to the world, connecting workers and jobs. We will continue to work tirelessly to resolve not only clients’ issues but also social issues such as labor shortages.
